Tansey named principal investigator of Parkinson’s Foundation Award

The Parkinson’s Foundation has named UF Health as one of four Parkinson’s Foundation Research Centers of Excellence.

“This support from the Parkinson’s Foundation will help us make a significant contribution to our understanding of Parkinson’s disease, ” said MalĂș G. Tansey, PhD, director of UF’s Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Disease and principal investigator of the new Parkinson’s Foundation Research Center of Excellence award at the Fixel Institute.
