About Zeeshan A Khan
My research is focused on devising strategies to minimize neurodegeneration in the context of chronic neurodegenerative disorders like Stroke and Alzheimer’s Disease. This entails addressing neuronal dysfunction, identifying crucial biomarkers, and alleviating neurofunctional shifts such as cell death, inflammation, and oxidative stress. I am also exploring innovative therapeutic approaches to evaluate the efficacy of emerging drugs and comprehend their mechanisms for potential clinical use. Moreover, I aim to create advanced biosensors for the early detection of neurodegenerative diseases. Lastly, I engage in evidence synthesis to enhance our grasp of the fundamental mechanisms underpinning these diseases and to identify promising paths for therapeutic exploration.
